Laura St. Pierre is the Global General Manager of the Process subdivision at Xylem Analytics, where she leads a worldwide organization of Sales professionals, Product Managers, Application Experts, and Marketing teams dedicated to advancing high-performance analytical solutions that safeguard and optimize water processes. In this role, she sets the global strategic vision for a diverse portfolio of instruments and platforms used in the Utility and Industrial sectors, driving growth through thoughtful product innovation, market development, and commercial execution.

With over 20 years of experience at Xylem and in the analytical instrumentation industry, along with a deep understanding of water-related challenges, Laura has held a variety of technical, commercial, and leadership roles - each reinforcing her commitment to solving real world water challenges through science based insights, operational reliability, and collaborative innovation.

She has led initiatives spanning new product development, commercial go-to-market strategies, cross-functional team building, and global customer engagement programs that enable utilities and industries to improve water quality, process efficiency, and meet regulatory compliance.

Laura holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Ohio University and has pursued advanced education in Business Strategy as well as Environmental Water Quality Analysis. This combination of scientific foundation and strategic business acumen equips her to guide multidisciplinary teams operating at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and customer value.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Laura’s longstanding dedication to the water community is evident in her more than 15 years of service with the Water Environment Federation’s Operations Challenge, where she has been recognized for her leadership and engagement.

Passionate about advancing global water stewardship, Laura is driven by the belief that data-driven decisions, enabled by reliable instrumentation, can change how the world understands and manages water. She continues to champion innovation, talent development, and customer partnerships that support resilient water systems and a more sustainable future.
